Our climbing courses

  • Beginner course — Perfect for those starting from scratch. Solid foundation in rock climbing: safety principles, equipment use, and basic techniques. Figure-eight knot, top-rope belaying, and confident movement on the wall.
  • Intermediate course — For climbers with prior experience who want greater independence. Build belay stations, manage equipment efficiently, and start leading routes safely.
  • Falling and fear management course — Build confidence on the rock. Physical and mental training to overcome fear of falling, learn safe falls, and develop control under pressure.
